Gaucho Bag

The Gaucho is back.

Crafted from super luxurious Italian saddlery leather and grass fed cows for a luxuriant hair on hide leather.

The bag is made from a deep saddle-shaped U, reminiscent of the early 18th Century Gaucho horse rider bags that were used to carry supplies for years, on horseback.

They could be removed after a long day's trek and slung across the shoulder to go into a town saloon or hostelry. They could also be used as a pillow when camping out under the stars.

With simplicity at its core, as with all St Leonards leather goods, this bag has no closure, it falls shut naturally and has a deep internal pocket for purse and keys as well as a lanyard for keeping keys safe.

All hardware is solid brass made in England.

It comes with two bridle leather carry handles and a super strong detachable and fully adjustable heavy duty cotton strap, and a detachable optional bridle leather short over the shoulder strap ( not shown in pic )
